AltWheels Alternative Transportation and Energy Festival Classic has helped plan, develop and market AltWheels from its start as a public festival on alternative transportation and energy to a focused day-long seminar for fleet managers featuring diverse panel discussions on clean transportation and alternatives to fossil fuel vehicles. Classic helped coordinate the event’s move from the Larz Anderson Auto Museum in Brookline, Massachusetts to Boston City Hall Plaza where it attracted more than 50,000 visitors during each of its three years there. As the public became more aware of the country’s energy and climate crises, Classic played a key role in making AltWheels’ focus more specific, targeting fleet managers whose actions could have a significant impact on these crises.
